McDonald's Citiesaka: McToilet
McDonald's has to be the most recognizable (and most embarrassing) American export. I know it's not terribly exiting or nutritious food, but when you get tired of trying to decipher the menus, or have simply had enough of the local cuisine, it is certainly a place where you know exactly what you are going to get.
Usually, I just get fries and a drink as munchies while doing walking tours of the various cities. Besides, in most countries, McDonald's is the best place to find a decent public toilet.
